My 4.5 yr old little guy is running around the house throwing up. He's running to different corners like he is embarrassed (or scared). I don't know which was the first vomit, but I have found multiple within the last few minutes -- maybe 10 in total. Some are consistent like baby food, others are more liquid and mucus-like. It seemed to stop 5 minutes after I caught it. He has since stopped. He laid on the carpet fully sprawled out on his stomach and with his eyes half closed for a while like he was feeling better but completely exhausted. Then he crawled in his cage and into his hammock looking rather tuckered out.
Any counseling/guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Could be one of a hundred things, but insulinoma comes to mind first because that's exactly what my Tamma did. The vomiting/panic was actually a seizure and then she would be exhausted after. If he doesn't throw up again and eats and acts normal, I would call the vet in the morning for a blood glucose check. In the meantime, a little soup would be a good thing to keep his glucose stable and make sure he doesn't go too long in between eating. If he continues to act abnormal, for example refusing to eat, or he keeps vomiting or seems lethargic for a long time, I wouldn't wait for normal business hours - I would consider that an emergency.
Keep us posted... good luck!

Sorry I'm late in answering. I hope he has improved since you posted. Judy gave great advice. A ferret in this much distress needs to see a vet as soon as possible Good thougths and prayers coming your way.
