The best one we have found is actually at the same location as the Washington State Ferret Shelter & Rescue in Kirkland...
13603 100th Ave NE Kirkland, WA 98034 Eastside Avian & Exotic Animal Medical Center
They do all the vet care for the shelter, so they are quite experienced with Ferts.
Good luck. This should be a bit closer to you than Seattle, not much but a bit easier. I was down there on the weekend... and we brought 5 ferrets back up to Canada..

I live near Seattle.. By FAR one of the best vets I know of is at Sno-Wood VCA. Dr. Kristin Kemper, Dr. Mellisa Yanik, and Dr. Ami Rossi have all helped me with my various ferret needs! From Flower's checkups, to Sugar's sudden head-tilt, and even when Mickey passed away. These ladies are fabulous and Dr. Yanik and Dr. Kemper both specialize in small animals and exotic pets.

I am not sure if you are near Bellingham but Dr. Christine Monroe at Maplewood Animal Hospital is AMAZING. She has her own ferrets and helps in rescue as well and is very experienced.
