Yes thank you Alex. I had no idea that the companies would do this. I am going to be emailing away tomorrow. Thanks again.

Yea, I've gotten two or three samples within two weeks now... I got the 8 in 1 stuff after about 6 weeks but she's right it's a TON of stuff... not that it's all good... but the shipping alone must cost a bundle!!

Adding a few more here!!
Food: Sheppard and Greene Super Premium Ferret Food website: www.farnampet.com Email contact: info@mail.farnam.com *I emailed them tonight, will update on what/if they send samples... they do have a full line of ferret foods, treats, accessories, grooming supplies, and accessories.
Food: ZuPreem Ferret Diet website: www.ZuPreem.com contact: this is an email form - zupreem.com/company/contactus.shtml *I filled in the form, c&p'd my same note from the other emails to the lil "questions/comments" section and fired it off... will let you know what/when they send EDIT:Scratch those two, I got emails from both saying that they don't do samples. Oh well. guess its back to waiting to find out what I get from the ones that I haven't recieved anything from yet

Thanks for the information. I have been looking on changing from marshalls food and am really looking at wysong. Has anyone fed this food to there ferrets? I read all about it and it seems pretty healthy for them.
Thanks again for the information, now I will get samples to try it out.

pucanlunasmom- My 8 in 1 samples took 6-8 weeks. So they usually take a while...but its worth it!

i would send another email saying: - when they said they would send them -and just say "Hi, i was told i would recieve samples in 6 to 8 weeks, months ago. i was wondering when they should i expect them to arive? its been months and ive yet to see anything.
thanks" -leave your address again...
