Hi there I have been referred to your infamous duck soup. I have a little guy that is sick and going to the dr tomorrow morning. Please read my post in medical section titled "walking problems please help" Any how I live in Canada and I can't find duck soup mix anywhere in this city, is there another way or if worst come to worst I can order it online if I have to. I have never heard of such thing as duck soup for ferrets so please excuse my ignorance. I really am worried about my lil mans! and will do anything I can to make him feel better. So any advice anyone can give will help me so much.

there is a recipe on the first page of this post. the main thing for your little guy is keeping him hydrated and getting protein into him. even if all you have to add is water and some raw meat that is fine. it will still help a bit.

I have a perfectly healthy little man, and he was completely happy eating his daily ration of soup. Then one day about a week or so ago he stopped eating it. Just quit, he won't go near it and literally acts afraid of it. I figured maybe the batch had turned so I threw it out and made fresh. He normally LOVES it fresh and warm, he wouldn't touch it. In the past when he's felt poorly I would hold him and he would eat it out of a large spoon. He loved that cuddles and soups at the same time. Now he acts like that soup is gunna hurt him. I'm really confused. He's healthy and happy until I bring out the soup. I didnt change the recipe, I've made 3 new batches he turns his nose up at every turn. I just don't get it, and I'm afraid he's not getting his needed nutrition requirements because of it. Any Suggestions? HELP! Stubborn Ferret
